Sending an enquiry does not create an account, authorise ad spend or form a contract for services. Any services are provided under a separate written agreement.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, send spam, scrape personal data or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access in response to misuse.

3. Product information and examples

Descriptions explain the intended scope of our services and platform. Interactive interfaces, sample brands, markets, translations, outputs and figures are illustrative. They are not live campaign data, client results or performance commitments.

Features, supported markets and platforms, ad account and payment arrangements, onboarding, service levels and pricing are confirmed in your written agreement. Nothing on this website connects to an ad account or guarantees advertising results.

4. Accounts and access

Client workspace access, once provisioned, is governed by your agreement. There is no self-service sign-up on this website. Never share credentials or attempt to access another organisation's workspace.

5. Intellectual property

Website branding, copy, design and software are protected by intellectual-property law. You may share links to public pages. Other reuse requires our permission unless the law allows it.

Third-party platform names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on illustrative materials.
